Booking
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the date, itinerary and price in writing. No deposit is required to reserve a standard day tour.
Payment
Payment is normally made in cash to your driver at the end of the trip, or by bank transfer in advance for multi-day trips and boat tickets.
Cancellation
Tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time. Boat tickets and event tickets already issued may be non-refundable.
Itinerary changes
Traffic, weather, ceremonies and road conditions may require adjusting the itinerary. Your driver will always discuss alternatives with you.
Responsibility
We take great care with your safety, but activities such as trekking, snorkeling and swimming are undertaken at your own risk. Travel insurance is recommended.
