How to book
Send us an inquiry through the contact form or WhatsApp with your travel date, number of guests and the tour you would like. We confirm every booking in writing once the date, itinerary and price are agreed.
No deposit for day tours
Standard day tours can be reserved without any payment in advance. You simply pay at the end of the trip.
Deposits
For multi-day trips, boat tickets and special arrangements we may ask for a deposit by bank transfer. The amount is always agreed with you before anything is booked.
Free cancellation
You can cancel any day tour free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pickup time.
Late cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, or no-shows, may be charged up to 50% of the tour price to cover driver and vehicle costs.
Changes by us
If weather, ceremonies or road conditions force us to change or cancel a trip, you can choose a new date or a full refund of anything you have paid.
