When refunds apply
If you have paid a deposit or full amount and cancel within the free cancellation period (more than 24 hours before pickup), we refund 100% of what you paid.
Partial refunds
For cancellations inside 24 hours, refunds depend on costs already incurred, such as issued boat tickets or booked activities. Tickets that have already been issued in your name are usually non-refundable.
Cancellations by us
If we have to cancel your trip — for example because of unsafe weather for boat crossings — you receive a full refund or can move the booking to another date at no cost.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned by the same method you used to pay, usually within 7 working days. Bank transfer fees, if any, are deducted from the refunded amount.
